He then started in the family business where he held the positions of Warehouse Manager, Team Leader, as well as Marketing and Growth Strategy Director in which he was in charge of growing the business. He then took full reign as the Chief Officer for two years. He held all of these positions and gained experience before leaving home to attend the University of Georgia where he earned a degree in Marketing from the esteemed Terry College of Business. Dylan has spent the last 2 1/2 years in Corporate America working at the largest CPG company in the world, Procter & Gamble, where he started out as Account Executive before being promoted and now holds the position of a Senior Account Executive. In this role, he has already driven millions of dollars in growth for the company. He has developed and enhanced skills in customer relationship management and joint business planning. His core principles are simply doing right by others and enabling everyone to become the best version of themselves.
